WANTUCK, CHRIS C.
RED BANK, NJ

1961-2019
Christopher C. Wantuck

February 3, 1961-March 8, 2019

Chris left this world too early! He was the ultimate giver, if you had a problem, he was the person to call; he could fix anything! Chris led with his brain and his heart. In his professional career, he was a Project Manager for the Department of Defense and was stationed at Fort Monmouth. By trade, Chris was an electronic engineer who developed many things that we use today on a daily basis. Things like noise cancelling headsets, HD telephone communication and indestructible fiberglass based paper (just to name a few). He also held patents, authored articles and was an amateur photographer.

Chris was a joiner! He belonged to the many organizations including the Red Bank Elks Club #233, the Antique Automobile Club of America, The Lincoln Foundation, the Garden State Radio Club, the Jersey Coast Sports Fliers and Antique Motoring Club of Monmouth County. Chris leaves behind his brother, Adam A. Wantuck of McCordsville, Indiana; his girlfriend, Rose O’Connor of Sea Bright and lifelong friends; Thomas P. Smith and Tom Burke.

On Friday, March 22, from 7:00-11:00 pm a Memorial Service will be held to celebrate Chris’ life at the Red Bank Elks Club, 40 W. Front Street, Red Bank, NJ 07701.
